01 — Surface Preparation
Steel grit blasting effectively removes mill scale, rust, and surface contaminants, creating an optimal profile for coating adhesion.
02 — Preheating by Induction
Bars are heated to precise temperature using induction technology, ensuring uniform powder adhesion.
03 — Electrostatic Powder Coating
Fusion-bonded epoxy powder is applied via electrostatic spray guns for complete, uniform coverage.
04 — Curing
Powder melts, flows, and cross-links into a durable thermoset protective film under controlled heat.
05 — Cooling
Controlled water quenching locks in the coating properties for maximum durability and performance.
06 — Bundling
Inspected bars are bundled, tagged with full traceability data, and prepared for shipment.
