Epoxy-Coated Reinforcing Bars
Our flagship product features FBE (Fusion-Bonded Epoxy) coating, which is a thermoset polymer powder that is electrostatically applied and then heat-cured. We utilize Hadeed (SABIC) or Iteffaq steel in our advanced six-stage coating system.
This fusion-bonded epoxy coating forms an impermeable barrier that effectively prevents chloride ion penetration. As a result, the service life of coated steel extends to 40-75+ years, compared to just 15-25 years for uncoated steel.
